  I ordered windows and doors from CAW, after doing intense research on the products and additionally liked the fact that CAW Cornwall were a Trustmark company, therefore supported and registered by the Government as inspected tradesmen and other requirements. I also liked the additional security of a Insurance Backed Warranty on the complete installation that I was offered on a free of charge basis. The Surveyor promptly visited and gave me helpful advice whilst measuring. Within six weeks I had my new windows and doors installed and they transformed my home. The installers were polite and above all clean and tidy. The windows are draught-proof and despite the awful weather I have not had one leak. I had one minor teething problem and a quick call to the service department and an Engineer (that had been with the Company for over 25 years!) came and put replaced the hinge within seven days from the date I reported the call. I have also noticed that my home is warmer and I have complete peace of mind knowing I have a comprehensive ten year warranty and that being a local company they are only a short drive away!
